The National Animal Survey was created to identify the animal welfare issues that really concern the British Public.
People were urged, via posters, press ads, online media and microsite to call and register for the survey questionnaire pack.
In return for a small donation, callers also received a limited edition T-shirt, designed by Wayne Hemingway who is against the use of animal fur in fashion and agreed to back the campaign.
